First, the breakdown phenomenon: the ECG waveform interference is big, the waveform is not standard, not standard. Maintenance process:Meilun
(1) First of all, interference from the signal transducer should be eliminated, such as patient movement, failure of cardiac electrode, aging of ECG leads and poor contact. (2) If the filtering mode is applied to "monitoring" or "operation", the effect will be better, because the filtering bandwidth is wider in these two modes. (3) If the waveform effect is not good under the operation, please check the zero-ground voltage. Generally, it is required to be less than 5V. A single ground wire can be pulled to achieve the purpose of good grounding. (4) If the grounding is not good, it may be the interference from the inside of the machine, such as the poor shielding of ECG board and so on. Try to replace parts at this time. Exclusive method: the amplitude of ECG can be adjusted to the appropriate value, and the whole waveform can be observed.
Two. Module communication exception
Failure phenomenon: each module reported "communication stopped", "communication error", "initialization error". Maintenance process: this phenomenon indicates that the communication between the parameter module and the main control board is abnormal. Firstly, the connection between the parameter module and the main control board is re-inserted. If not, the parameter module is considered, and then the failure of the main control board is considered.
3. Fault Phenomenon: Start-up prompts low or high 12V voltage overhaul process: Turn on the host toMeilun observe the 12V end of the power supply, which is the backlight high-voltage power supply to the LCD screen. The voltage of the power supply terminal is 7.3V, which is larger than the normal 12V deviation. When the high voltage is disconnected, the 12V part voltage of the power supply is measured as 12.15V voltage is normal. After replacing the high voltage strip, the voltage is restored to 7.5V. Measuring the output and load of the 12V parts of the power supply has no problem. Adding a 12V load to the power supply, it is found that the voltage has not decreased. When the LCD tube is disconnected, the voltage is restored to 12V, and the alarm is stopped. After the high voltage bar is connected to the lamp tube separately, the voltage is normal. After replacing the LCD backlight tube, the machine is normal.
