Methods and Basic Introduction of Fetal Heart Fetal Monitor by Monitor Manufacturers Monitor manufacturers
1, fetal movement times greater than 12 times, as normal; If the number of fetal movements in 12 hours is less than 10 times, it is a decrease in fetal movements, so we should carefully find out the reasons and go to the hospital for fetal heart monitoring if necessary. This method is simple, convenient and accurate, and most doctors recommend expectant mothers to use this method.
2. B-ultrasound observation: This method is generally aimed at expectant mothers with special conditions, and can only be carried out in hospitals.
There are four modes of baby's fetal movement
1. Whole body movement: the movement of the whole trunk, such as turning over. This kind of movement is strong, and every movement lasts for a long time, usually 3-30 seconds.
2. Limb movement: Stretch your arms, twist your body, etc. The duration of each movement is generally 1-15 seconds.
3. Lower limb movement: that is, we often feel the baby's kicking movement. This kind of movement is quick and weak, and the duration of each fetal movement is generally within 1 second.
4. Chest wall movement: it is short and weak, which is not easy for mothers to feel.
Fetal heart monitoring chart
There are mainly two lines on the fetal heart rate monitoring map, the upper one is fetal heart rate, which fluctuates between 120 and 160 under normal circumstances. Generally, the basic heart rate line is a straight line with a waveform. When fetal movement occurs, the heart rate will rise, showing an upward protruding curve, which will slowly decrease after the end of fetal movement. The fetal movement count > 30 times /12 hours is normal, and < 10 times/12 hours indicates fetal hypoxia. The next one indicates intrauterine pressure.
How to listen to fetal heart rate and fetal movement
At the age of 24 weeks, it is time to listen to fetal heart and count fetal movements.
When you are in a stable mood, lie flat, and your heart sounds like a clock. In the same position of your abdomen, you will slowly and continuously pressurize. If you don't hear it at this position, you will transfer with this position with a radius of 125px.
At 6 months, 15-500px was transferred to the left and right lower sides based on the level of navel.
From 7.5 months to 8 months, listen to the position of fetal heart first at the lower left and right sides of abdomen, then at the upper left and right sides, and then at the middle left and right sides. 100-120 times/min, mild bradycardia; 160-180 times/min, mild tachycardia.
